About this coffee
Adisa ("pretty and ambitious") is The Coffee Society's house espresso: 60% pulped-natural Catuai Amarelo from Sítio São José in Brazil and 40% washed Centroamericano from Finca La Buena Esperanza in El Salvador. Milk chocolate with a hint of raisin, pleasant acidity and a light body. SCA 84.5.
