Malia ("calm") is a medium omniroast developed for offices, bean-to-cup machines and portafilters: half Catuai Amarelo from Sítio São José in Brazil, half S274 Canephora from Badra Estates in India. Good crema, full body, dark chocolate and nuts. SCA 84.5.
