Coffees
4 coffeesA regional blend compiled by Lima Coffees from independent smallholder producers across Cajamarca, imported by Cafe Imports Europe. Soft, fruit-forward and accessible, with gentle sweetness and nutty undertones.
Pear, plum, walnut
From the Pereira family farm in Carmo de Minas, gently decaffeinated using naturally sourced carbonated water. Retains a nutty-chocolatey body and classically structured espresso profile.
Dark chocolate, hazelnut
From producer James Nunes at Finca El Roble Negro, sourced with partner Ambera Coffee via AEGIS Coffee Company. Honey-processed Wush Wush showing complexity, sweetness and clarity in a rare, almost effortless way.
Cantaloupe melon, lassi, white nougat
From the Shyira washing station near the Virunga volcanic chain, the highest known station in Rwanda, established 2017 under Evariste Hagumimana. Slow high-altitude development gives clarity, stone fruit and citrus with refined tension.
Apricot, lemonade, black tea
