Specialty coffee roastery in Helsinki, roasting since 2012. Sources directly from producers, with a particular focus on Ethiopian, Kenyan, and Colombian lots. Founded by Lauri Pipinen and Aleksi Kuusijärvi, who compete internationally in Finnish Barista and Brewers Cup Championships and won Nordics Best Roaster in 2024. Originally ran a café on Kolmas linja in Kallio (2012–2019); now a production-only roastery based in Heikinlaakso.
