About this coffee
A sugarcane-process decaf from around 20 smallholders in the mountains of southern Huila, bought through Caravela Coffee. Hand-picked Caturra, Castillo and Colombia cherry is rested for 24 hours, washed and dried on each farm, blended at Caravela's Pitalito buying station and decaffeinated at Descafecol in Manizales with ethyl acetate made from local sugarcane. Roasted for filter; Good Life sells it as the Helsinki Coffee Festival's decaf of the year.
