About this coffee

A washed Gesha from three brothers, José, Miguel Ángel and Jesús Burbano, who farm in Tabor, San Agustín, in southern Huila at nearly 2,000 m on land offered by their uncle Jaime Muñoz. Cherries are picked about every 20 days, rested overnight in a wooden hopper, pulped and wet-fermented for 72 hours, rinsed four times and dried on raised beds for three to four weeks. Clean, complex and elegant: white grape, nectarine and bergamot. Sold as a filter roast in a 100 g glass jar or a 1 kg bag.
