A Brno coffee roastery and café group founded by Michal and Honza — "coffee for people who don't compromise on their dreams." Roasts single-origin lots and blends in an omni-roast style so the same bag works for espresso, filter or any other method, sourcing from Rwanda, Ethiopia, Peru, Bolivia, Brazil, Mexico, Papua New Guinea and Uganda among others, alongside two house blends (My Daily Mix, The Underdog) and a dark roast built for automatic machines (Push The Button). Runs 5 cafés across Brno — Vlněna, Pole, Jundrov, Bzzzukot and Hybeška — from a roastery/production facility in Brno-Židenice. Source: rebelbean.cz
