About this coffee
A washed Papayo microlot from Luis Felipe Leguizamo of Finca El Faldón in Huila, a family farm that won Colombia's Cup of Excellence in 2011; Luis Felipe manages part of the farm and helps neighbouring growers raise their quality. Hand-picked cherries ferment 12–36 hours in open tanks before slow drying on raised patios. Sweet and creamy: juicy stone fruit, cashew and krówki caramel on filter, a full body with caramel, bright citrus, plum and orange as espresso.
