A low-caffeine blend built by Marcel from two excellent coffees in a 1:4 ratio — one caffeinated, one naturally CO2-decaffeinated — for people who drink a lot of coffee, want less caffeine and still care about flavour. Works for filter, moka pot and espresso with or without milk. 100% organic, direct-trade, imported through the Roasters United cooperative network.
Schokolade, rote Früchte, milde Säure

Käthe's dark-roast traditional espresso (formerly Crowd Pleaser), now a single origin from their friend Rafael Jacob, who took over his father's cattle-turned-coffee farm in Brazil, switched it straight to organic and processes naturals and pulped naturals. Imported by Loppo Kaffee in Kiel; Marcel met Rafael on a trip to Colombia in 2025.
Schoko-Karamell-Bonbon, Brownie, Mousse au Chocolat, cremig, kräftig

Collaboration between Käthe Kaffeerösterei and Café Saltkrokan, inspired by Swedish vacation themes.
Super schokoladig, kräftig

A natural microlot that shows Brazil can do far more than body and nut-chocolate: fruit, florality and sweetness. Grown by Abrão and Edmar on the Tijuco Preto and Pedra Redonda farms and marketed through COOPFAM. 100% organic, direct-trade, imported with Roasters United.
Tropische Früchte, Karamell, Honig, frisch, saftig & lebendig

From Marcel’s friend Rafael Jacob, who took over his father’s farm — converted from cattle to coffee — and moved it straight to organic, preparing naturals and pulped naturals. Imported by Loppo Kaffee (Kiel), who built the relationship. A chocolatey, creamy espresso or an everyday filter. 100% organic, direct-trade.
Karamell, Honig, rote Beeren, Milchschokolade, cremig, seidiges Mundgefühl

Cremig-schokoladige Alleskönnerin — kräftig feiner Schub. Arabica & Robusta blend built for strong, refined crema.

From Fondo Páez in Cauca, one of Colombia's coolest growing regions thanks to sea winds and altitude. Grown in mixed cultivation from only the ripest cherries and dried at least two weeks on covered raised beds. Floral, fruity and sticky-sweet — dates, sugar syrup and red apple.
Dates, sugar syrup, red apple, floral

Käthe's current espresso favourite: a honey-processed coffee from the Cenfrocafe cooperative in northern Peru near the Ecuadorian border, with lots of sweetness and a creamy body — as espresso or filter with milk.
Sweet, creamy

A fruity-sweet Peruvian microlot fermented twice without air: whole cherries ferment in sacks or barrels for two days, are depulped and ferment anaerobically again for several days before washing. Gentle fermented notes over classic Peruvian body, dark chocolate and red fruit.
