About this coffee
A washed Catuaí from Hacienda Montesol in the mountains of Jinotega, Nicaragua, run by the Rosales family since the late 1990s with a mix of technical precision and sustainability. Scored 85 SCA. Pear and apple over nuts and praline, finishing on milk chocolate with low acidity and a creamy body. Roasted for espresso.
