About this coffee
A washed Gesha from Zarza Coffee, a third-generation family project led by Jhonatan Gasca in the mountains of Bruselas, Huila, the department's self-styled coffee capital. Scored 89 SCA. Floral and complex: jasmine and tropical fruit over vanilla and brown sugar, with juicy acidity and a long, fruity finish. Roasted for filter.
