About this coffee
From Rafael and Carmen da Silva Hoff's La Fany estate on the Apaneca-Ilamatepec range — a fifth-generation family farm dating to the early 1900s, expanded since 2017 with new Bourbon, Pacamara, Geisha and Icatu plantings. This natural Orange Bourbon lot has a chocolatey aroma, mandarine and milk chocolate sweetness, walnut notes, and a light-to-medium, creamy body.
