About this coffee
Kurasu's fourth year with Jaime Guevara, whose Pacas natural is a staple of the line-up. Dried about 35 days on African beds for a clean ferment and soft texture; lighter than last year, with plum acidity and a boiled-peanut sweetness. Also served as espresso in Kurasu's cafés.
