About this coffee
The Lamastus family has produced coffee at Elida Estate in Boquete, Panama for four generations since 1918. Elida is the highest coffee farm in Panama (1,700-2,500m), hand-picked at full maturity by native Ngobe-Bugle and processed using natural, washed, and honey methods, then rested 60-100 days before export.
