About this coffee
Sourced from the Coopbam cooperative within the Alto Mayo protected forest spanning San Martin and Amazonas, Northern Peru. Harvest runs July-October in Bongara; soil is replenished with Bokashi-style fertilizer, and after same-day fermentation, parchment is washed and dried on raised beds to 10.5-11% moisture.
