About this coffee
Colombia La Gema features the best small lots of washed processed coffees from small farm producers we find each season. Our newest lot comes from the Cauca growing region at elevations of 1400-2000 meters. This is a tasty everyday drinking coffee with the classic Colombia profile you expect --medium body with a balance of sugary sweetness and tart acidity.
