We brought back this coffee for the first time in years due to the quality of this new crop. We taste ripe berries like strawberry, followed by plum with hints of baking spices like nutmeg. This coffee has a lightly sweet, lingering finish. It’s a natural processed coffee but not fermenty tasting at all — so it has some really nice characteristics similar to honey-processed coffees. Born from volcanic soil and shaped by resilience, Bali’s coffee story began anew after the 1963 eruption of Mount Agung. Government-led revitalization efforts in the 1970s and 1980s reignited coffee cultivation acr Source: magnoliacoffeeco.com (roaster’s own copy).

Our decadent dark roast. This is a French Roast level for those looking for full body & roasty notes. Velvety & rich without the bitterness of over roasted darker coffees. We pair Papua New Guinea Kongo with a touch of Colombia for a dark roast to rave about. Source: magnoliacoffeeco.com (roaster’s own copy).

Colombia La Gema features the best small lots of washed processed coffees from small farm producers we find each season. Our newest lot comes from the Cauca growing region at elevations of 1400-2000 meters. This is a tasty everyday drinking coffee with the classic Colombia profile you expect --medium body with a balance of sugary sweetness and tart acidity. We taste cocoa and light molasses with mild tones of citrus fruits. Source: magnoliacoffeeco.com (roaster’s own copy).

LIGHT ROAST Nectarine | Apricot | Milk Chocolate | Creamy | Juicy Chiroso is a rare high altitude Colombian coffee variety know for its intense sweet, floral, and citrus profile, similar to Gesha. Chiroso is a unique and mysterious variety originating from Ethiopia, yet still unknown how it ended up in Antioquia. This lot is quite different from our other current Ruby Reserves. We taste stone fruits like peach, nectarine & apricots and the natural processing is not overwhelming. The coffee has a nice milk chocolate background with a creamy body and juicy sweet finish Source: magnoliacoffeeco.com (roaster’s own copy).

DARK ROAST | Dark Chocolate | Dark Cherry | Raw Sugar | Velvety Our delicious new seasonal dark roast. Cozy up and enjoy notes of dark chocolate, dark cherry & raw sugar with a velvety mouthfeel and finish. Source: magnoliacoffeeco.com (roaster’s own copy).

We love Costa Rican coffees from the renowned Tarrazú growing region and this is one of our favorites. Tasty notes of milk chocolate & honey with notes of light citrus and stone fruits. High in Costa Rica's famed Tarrazú region, Coopedota began on October 14, 1960, when 96 coffee producers came together with one mission: build better opportunities for local farmers and raise the bar for Costa Rican coffee. Santa María comes from that same origin and those same producers — representing the most carefully selected lots from each harvest. Source: magnoliacoffeeco.com (roaster’s own copy).

Our roast of this exceptional coffee just won a 2026 Good Food Award. Our roast also tied for 2nd place in the best coffees from Costa Rica! (95 points, Coffee Review) "Wild yet polished. Blackberry, tamarind, baker’s chocolate, violet, molasses in aroma and cup. Bright, juicy acidity; creamy, dense mouthfeel. The finish is long and wine-toned, with deep fruit and cocoa. A strikingly complex anaerobic Costa Rica that balances its fruit-forward profile with sweetness and depth — adventurous yet refined." Location: Keramo Adara Washing Station, Bombe Mountains, Sidama, Yirgacheffe Karamo Adara is part Daye Bensa Coffee - the exporter and mill owner of some of the best lots we find in Ethiopia every year --including our renowned Durato Bombe. Daye Bensa runs the Keramo Adara washing station which sits at the highest elevation in Daye Bensa's network, deep in the Bombe mountains of Bensa. Cool temperatures, steady rainfall, and rich soil slow cherry maturation, building density and complexity in the cup. Source: magnoliacoffeeco.com (roaster’s own copy).

Worka Sakaro is a small area in the Gedeb district, near Yirgacheffe. It sits at a high elevation, with much of the surrounding land ranging between 2,000 and 2,200 meters above sea level. Around 300 smallholder farmers deliver coffee cherries to the local mill each year. The anaerobic process begins with carefully selecting the ripest cherries, using a Brix meter to measure the sugar content in the mucilage. The cherries are then soaked in water to remove floaters, while the denser, higher-quality cherries sink and are separated. These are immediately transferred to raised beds to drain any e Source: magnoliacoffeeco.com (roaster’s own copy).

Our newest Huehuetenango comes from smallholder prdoucers in La Democracia. Huehuetenango is the highest growing region in Guatemala with farms reaching up to 2,000 meters. The elevation slows bean maturation, concentrating more sugars. Unlike Guatemala's volcanic regions, Huehuetenango sits on the Sierra de los Cuchumatanes, a limestone mountain range. This provides a different mineral makeup that contributes to its "cleaner" taste. The terroir is also impacted by the warm, dry air from the Tehuantepec plains in Mexico blowing into the mountains, protecting the high-altitude crops from frost Source: magnoliacoffeeco.com (roaster’s own copy).

Jade has been a labor of love at Magnolia Coffee since we created it in 2010. We crafted Jade to be a versatile espresso that is great on its own and delicately shines through in milk for espresso beverages. This is an exceptional espresso with distinct notes of chocolate and caramel and stone fruit undertones. There is a nicely sweet, lingering finish and when paired with properly textured milk you'll know you are treating yourself to something special. Also makes a really nice cup of drip coffee and we use it for our award-winning cold brew. Rated 94 points by Coffee Review. For cafe quality Source: magnoliacoffeeco.com (roaster’s own copy).
