About this coffee
The first espresso in Wave's Key-Coffee line with Vadim Key. Kevenka, run by brothers Kevin and Kenny Soewondo, buys cherry from around 500 farmers in five villages below the Ijen volcano, colour-sorts it for ripeness and sun-dries naturals 11 to 13 days at its Botolinggo centre, a repurposed rice-drying facility.
