About this coffee

Juana named her farm La Esperanza ("hope") when she started with 50 plants some 50 years ago; she now sells through Cooperative El Sendero. Picked in four passes, fermented 48 hours, soaked 12 more and dried six days on patios. Sweet and easy-going: honey, apricot jam and florals with a silky body.
