About this coffee
A barrel-aged blend of two washed coffees from the spring 2026 harvest — Colombia's Finca El Diviso and Ethiopia's Buture — rested in rum barrels. Playful and Caribbean: tropical rum, coconut and a pinch of spice over sweet chocolate pralines, with the washed base keeping it fresh.
