A female-producer project run by Su Nandar Linn and Thi Ha Gyawalie with 51 farmers in Nwar Ban Gyi village. Cherries ferment in sealed tanks under CO2 for 48 hours before being pulped and dried on raised beds. Raspberry acidity, honey mouthfeel, sweet lychee finish. Source: caravanandco.com
