About this coffee
From smallholders in Guerrero who grow coffee in the forest around their homes alongside other crops, an ancient agroforestry practice that builds biodiversity, protects the soil and stores carbon. The region was long neglected and farmers had to sell to coyotes; Caravan's partners at Ensambles spent years building trust here, and quality has climbed each year. For espresso or filter.
