About this coffee

From the remote village of Lauca, grown by small-scale producers Samuel Muñoz and Raúl Ames on roughly 1-hectare farms, part of a three-family community new to coffee production. Cherries are pulped, fermented in open tanks for 36 hours, then washed; the warm, humid climate extends drying. Coffee is transported out by zipline due to minimal local infrastructure.
