About this coffee
Fazenda Serra Negra, near Ingaí in the Campo das Vertentes region, covers 1,300 hectares — 240 planted with coffee and over 360 kept for natural preservation. Coffees are dried on concrete patios, in mechanical dryers and on raised beds. The farm won first place in the Natural category at Best SanCup 2024. A bold, chocolate-forward cup with bright cherry acidity, molasses depth and a clean, subtle funk.
