About this coffee
Café Fundadores is a young cooperative (founded 2020) of ~300 smallholders in the cloud forest around Jaltenango, next to the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. Shade-grown and organic by design, with women prominent in field and co-op roles; wet-fermented, fully washed, patio- and bed-dried, harvest 2025. Editorial at Kronotrop's own product-copy depth.
