About this coffee
The first of Pipa's "art coffees": a bag of Tampere art and small-batch roast together, limited to 100 bags, with a collectable label by the Kaleva painter sen_alycte (a surreal wizard-and-crystal-ball scene with a steaming cup). The coffee is a washed lot from Eduardo Cabrera in San José del Lago, Atitlán, Guatemala, grown at 1,565–2,100 m. Blackcurrant, cane sugar and lime; Pipa suggests filter or AeroPress at 89–91°C.
