About this coffee

From Juan Darío's La Villa farm, whose roots go back to 1965. Cherries are select-picked, fermented 24 hours in steel tanks, pulped, then bioreactor-fermented 72 hours with added yeast before a further 72-hour anaerobic fermentation, light rinsing and 15-day controlled drying — yielding a floral, citrus-forward cup with a velvety mouthfeel.
