About this coffee
Lot 4 (40730), a washed Geisha from Finca Lérida, one of Panama's most historic estates — founded in 1924 by Norwegian engineer Toleff Bache Mönniche in the cloud forest above Boquete and now led by Maria Antonella Amoruso. Hand-picked cherries are depulped, fermented and washed, then sun-dried on African beds for about 15 days. Clean, elegant and aromatic, roasted for filter.
