About this coffee
An SL28 microlot from Volcán Azul, a multi-generation family coffee project on the slopes of the Poás and Barva volcanoes known for its micro- and nanolots and protected native forest. Cherries are centrifuge-pulped and mechanically demucilaged, then patio-dried for 6–10 days, turned through the morning and covered each afternoon. Sold in 125 g bags.
