About this coffee
A natural Ethiopian from the Guji highlands, sourced through Heleanna Georgalis and her team at Moplaco. Floated cherries are dried whole on raised beds for about three weeks at a washing station 2,050 m up. Chocolate-covered raspberry and strawberry with a floral finish; an intensely fruity espresso that also works iced.
