About this coffee
A light espresso roast (medium-light), floral and a little tropical. Smallholders in Nensebo, West Arsi hand-pick ripe cherries for the local washing station, where they are pulped, fermented 36–48 hours, washed in spring water and dried on raised African beds for up to two weeks.
