About this coffee
Super fruity and so clean it could pass for a washed coffee. The Haro Batume cooperative in Yirgacheffe has about 2,000 members farming around 1.5 hectares each among fruit, vegetables and shade trees at very high altitude; since 2011 it has separated lots by area and station, sorting by screen size and focusing on ripe picking and drying.
