About this coffee

Worka Chelbesa in Gedeb is one of the finest coffee areas of Gedeo, a semi-forest of coffee shaded by false banana. SNAP Specialty Coffee built a new wet mill near the Danche hamlet in 2019 to buy only fully ripe cherries from neighbouring farms; its ceramic fermentation tanks hold heat and give a clean cup. Noble, elegant and long — "THE Ethiopia".
