About this coffee
From Imperio Rojo in Rivas, at the foot of Mount Chirripó, founded by Don José and his wife Carla when the micro-mill movement was taking hold in Costa Rica. They chose to plant, grow and process their own coffee, and became one of the country's top producers of washed coffee — a rarity there. Sweet, cosy and autumnal.
