About this coffee
Diego Horta's Huila decaf, scored 84.5: proof of how aromatic and clean a decaf can be with good raw material. The gentle sugarcane process keeps the stone-fruit sweetness of high-grown Castillo and Caturra, a fresh citrus acidity from Huila's big day-night swings and a clean, berry-like finish.
