About this coffee
A fixture in Alfabet's line-up from Yannin Díaz, whose farm the team visited in September 2023. This year's Caturra lot rested 24 hours in cherry, was pulped and tank-fermented for about 55 hours, then washed and dried 16-21 days. Juicy fruit, high sweetness and a long finish.
