EMA espresso bar
Prague, Czech Republic
Prague specialty coffee chain opened in 2013, inspired by the Berlin café scene, now with four locations across the city. Coffee is roasted on-site at Alf & Bet — EMA's own bakery and roastery in a former industrial workshop near Palmovka — alongside sourdough bread and pastries baked daily. EMA's baristas have won national and international awards, and the cafés pour single-origin lots from Alf & Bet alongside guest microroasters.
