About this coffee
A washed lot from the Gotiti station in Gedeb, part of the Ephtah Specialty project, imported by Falcon Coffees. Only ripe cherries were pulped, fermented in tanks without water and dried 10-15 days. Very sweet with a tea-like body, a touch of bergamot and citrus acidity; for filter or a light espresso.
