About this coffee
Our Natural Ethiopia Guji Gigesa is sourced from smallholder farmers near the village of Gigesa, just outside Shakiso in Guji Zone. The area's red clay soil, high elevation (1900-2000 MASL), and cool mountain climate create ideal conditions for slow cherry development. Ripe cherries are hand-picked, floated for quality, then dried on raised beds in the sun for up to three weeks. Source: copa-vida.com.
