About this coffee
A heavy, boozy Grade 1 anaerobic natural from Aricha in Yirgacheffe, processed at the Girma Tamiru site ("Grace Miracle") at around 2,100 m — its second year working with Ephtah Specialty Coffee. Lots of body and stewed stone-fruit sweetness with low acidity, Ethiopian florals in the finish. Works as filter, espresso and in milk.
