About this coffee

From the Rwenzori Mountains in western Uganda, processed by Agri Evolve, which started in 2016 as a small cherry collection point and now works with around 2,000 smallholders in Kasese District from its Nyabirongo station. Whole cherries ferment four days in sealed 145 kg barrels before drying on raised beds. Dark plum, berries and cocoa with a jammy finish; a little funky but balanced, and juicier still as filter.
