A decaf mostly from smallholders in Moyobamba, northern Peru, with a smaller share from Ahuachapán, El Salvador, decaffeinated in Germany with liquid CO2, which targets caffeine while keeping most other compounds. Blueberry, black tea and chocolate; for espresso and filter.
