About this coffee
An anaerobic natural from Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera, who run about 200 hectares across 17 farms in Marcala and process everything at their own Xinacla wet mill. Sweet and jammy with florals and a winey depth; the family placed third in SCAA's Coffee of the Year 2010.
