About this coffee
An omni-roast Ethiopian from the Banko Gotiti station in Gedeb, which employs 200+ people at harvest and pre-finances the smallholders around it. This lot went through a "Super Natural" process — roughly 24 hours of controlled fermentation before 3–4 weeks slow-drying on raised beds. Balanced, medium acidity: forest fruit and juicy peach closing on milk chocolate. Spring 2026 harvest. Source: kofio.cz
