About this coffee
Full bodied and balanced with a combination of milk chocolate, praline and caramel. This coffee is produced by award-winning and prolific coffee producer, Ricardo Zelaya. Caffe Fantatico is proud to have offered coffee from Ricardo since 2009. Carrizal is located in an extremely remote region in Eastern Guatemala, close to the Honduran border. The name refers to the Carrizo trees that grow in the area. Of the many varieties grown on the farm, this current lot consists of Bourbon 300 and Villa Sarchi Arabica varieties.
