A special-edition filter lot: fresh-crop Yirgacheffe from the Lalesa station, varieties 74110/74112 at 1,900–2,300 m, fermented with lemongrass leaves and dried whole — an experimental take on the natural process. Lively and fragrant: yellow flowers, juicy raspberry, pistachio praline and a grown-up orange-wine finish. January 2026 harvest. Source: kofio.cz
