About this coffee

The Red Catuaí companion to the Morro Preto Bourbon, from the same fourth-generation family farm in Muzambinho run by Tiago de Almeida and his brother Renato. Same 72-hour anaerobic natural fermentation, but a gentler, orchard-fruit cup of apricot, apple and honeydew.
