This is a natural heirloom lot from the Danche washing station in Ethiopia. You can enjoy the well-balanced acidity and sweetness, with hints of raspberry, stone fruit, and cocoa butter. It works great as a vibrant filter or bright espresso. This coffee is processed at the Danche washing station in Chelbesa, Gedeo, from cherries grown by around 400 smallholders farming at elevations between 2,000 and 2,300 metres above sea level.
