About this coffee

The first release in Untitled's 'House Coffee' line — a more accessible, espresso-friendly counterpart to their usual filter-focused releases. Held in cherry for 42 hours, depulped and fermented with microbe-enriched mosto for 33 hours, then washed and dried on raised beds for 16 days at Ratnagiri Estate, one of southern India's leading coffee processing centres.
