Ditta Artigianale
Florence, Tuscany, Italy
Florentine specialty coffee roastery and café chain founded in 2013 by barista champion Francesco Sanapo and Patrick Hoffer, starting with a single café on Via dei Neri. Grew into six Florence venues — including a former Sant'Ambrogio monastery hosting Ditta Artigianale's own international Coffee School, run in partnership with Hario and Simonelli Group — plus a kiosk inside Florence's historic Mercato Centrale, and in 2025 opened its first venue outside Tuscany, on Corso Magenta in Milan. Sources and roasts single-origin lots and blends from Central and South America, East Africa and Indonesia. Source: dittaartigianale.com.
